THE BRUTE is a modified Easter Island style sculpt, reminiscent of Brutalist and Cubism art movements. I always strive to make things that I have never seen before, and this is one of them. The faceted surface of the mug showcases all the unique qualities of individual glazes. Hand-sculpted by yours truly and made from concept to the finished piece, they are all a bit unique. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. This mug holds approximately 14 fluid ounces and stands at 6 and 3/4 inches tall. "AP" refers to artist proof.. these are the very first glazes I use on a new mug when I'm trying to decide which direction to go. Some of them will be one of a kind.. and others might be repeated in future mugs.
